Founder’s Note EP04: We Use Build, Measure and Learn Cycle on Clients’ Accounts
In this episode, we talk about using the Build, Measure and Learn cycle with our clients’ Social Media Management and Advertisements.
So whenever we manage the client’s Facebook Page, Instagram account, and advertisements, we would actually build it, measure its effectiveness, and learn from it.
We would then use this data we learn to build something better, based on the hypotheses of our tests. Every batch that we run is a continual Build, Measure and Learn cycle.
The more cycles we go through, the better we get at managing and finding out the clients’ target audience, what they do, how they react to advertisements, and more.
There is no textbook science to this. Every single client has to go through the same Build, Measure and Learn cycle.
We can’t also just that “Just because I don’t like how something is done or find some posts annoying, that everyone else will feel the same way.” We do testings and get the numbers and graphs out. And then we know for sure what our target audience is and isn’t looking for.
